What if You were God?

What if You were God? This video begs to ask the question... What would you do, how would you run the world?

This spot on the site are teachings and words that the Lord has put on our hearts to share with you. May you be blessed and encouraged!

To the journey,

To Receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior here is a Sample Prayer:

Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God, The Word that became flesh, the Great I AM, and that you came to this Earth to be the sacrifice for mankind.  I have missed your mark and freely accept your sacrifice of blood for my sins, both past and present. I ask you to forgive me of all my wrongdoing for Your Word says that if I “confess my sins to you that you will forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness.”  I also confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that you Are the Son of God, lead a blameless life, was crucified on a cross, and arose from the dead on the 3rd day. I ask You to be Lord and Savior of my life and for the Holy Spirit to dwell in me and change me from the inside out. For You have given us the Holy Spirit as the great Counselor to guide us into all truth and right living both now and in the age to come. I freely give You my life and ask that You will guide and direct me in all Your ways that I may complete the destiny that you have prepared for me. I believe and confess that I am now a new creation and I thank you for the promise of eternal life with you in Heaven. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Next Steps:

We encourage you to take the next step and confess your faith in Christ.

Matthew 10:32-33 “Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven”.

Jesus tells us to work out our Salvation. Just like you would court a new lover, Jesus is the lover of your soul. He is looking for a relationship with you, one where he can spend time and communicate his love for you.

Philippians 2:12-13  “ Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.”

One of the ways he does this is through his Word, the Bible. It is living and active and able to train you in all right living. Reading his Word will enable you to grow in your spiritual walk. It will also strengthen your faith as you become a new creation, overcoming struggles and addictions that once held you captive.

Hebrews 4:12-13 ”For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.”

Romans 12:2 “ Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

We also commune with God through Praise and Worship, privately and together with other Believers. God tells us that he inhabits the praises of his people. (Psalm 150)

Hebrews 13:15  “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name."

Prayer is the key to a fulfilled walk with God. The Holy Spirit inside of you will teach, train, and guide you into all truth. He has already gifted you with spiritual gifts that are just waiting for you to recognize, open, and explore. They are for the benefit of building up the Body of Christ, other Believers, and to help reach those who are seeking and searching for truth to find and know Jesus.  Spending time with other Believers who will encourage you and support you is of vital importance in you new walk. We are the Body of Christ and need the support of each other to build us up, strengthen and support us in this journey of faith.

I Corinthians 12:12-14 “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.”

He is the same yesterday, today, and forever which means being a follower of Jesus is anything but boring! Christ wants you to live an exciting life filled with His hope, His peace, His power, His love, and the ability to see your world changed through Him!

Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”

Ephesians 2:8-10 “ For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

God still does miracles, raises the dead, opens blind eyes, and sets the captive free!.  We are His hands and feet to a world in need.  May the Lord himself bless you, keep you, make His face shine upon you, and grant you peace…

Eternal Blessings,
Michelle & Melissa<><
